Responsibilities:

– Lead and motivate the operations team to achieve high performance and meet business objectives.
– Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive efficiency and scalability.
– Manage supply chain, logistics, and inventory to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
– Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational performance.
– Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
– Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, implementing proactive solutions to prevent future occurrences.
– Collaborate with other departments to align operations with overall business goals and strategies.

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce operations management, preferably in a startup environment.
– Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams in a fast-paced setting.
– Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
– In-depth knowledge of e-commerce logistics and supply chain management.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
– Ability to develop and monitor KPIs to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
– Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
