We are seeking a Operation Manager with a 4+ year track record of success. This position is for one of our clients based in the US to assist their executives with daily operations of the company. Ideally we will find someone located or with roots in the Central or Southern regions.

We are Remote Craft. A new, revolutionary, fast-moving Head Hunting agency sourcing the best Filipino talent for U.S. business leaders.
Our co-founders have 30+ years of leadership, business, and entrepreneurial success between them. We also have a direct connection to the Philippines and specifically the Central and Southern regions. Our strong preference is to find a leader based in Cebu, but we are also open to candidates based elsewhere.

Preferred Qualifications
2+ years’ experience as Operation Manager
Possesses experience in managing a team.
Marketing operation in digital marketing related field is a plus.
Fluent English-speaking ability and experience working with native English-speaking clients or managers
Comfortable working under pressure with immediate deadlines
Experience in a fast-moving tech-type environment is a plus.
Job Duties: (all the below will be in collaboration with the company founders):
• Someone who enjoys “execution”. Responsible for managing projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
• Proactive in participating and collaborating with stakeholders, which includes engaging with customers, suppliers, and employees through effective communication.
• Responsible for developing and implementing strategies that will help the business achieve its objectives. This may involve creating processes, procedures, and policies that improve efficiency and productivity.
Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to enhance individual and team performance.
• Oversee daily operation and personnel, ensuring maximum efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Prepare Reports for different department or upper management
• Responsible for budgeting and tracking expenses.
• Conduct regular analysis of operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions.
