Position: Operation Virtual Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
– You will join us in a key position role. You will have many responsibilities and work closely with the company C-level management.
– Effectively manage complex tasks from initiation to completion.
– Transfer knowledge efficiently and guide other team members as needed.
– Provide administrative, communicative, and organizational support.
– Work closely with the company owners, bearing significant responsibility.
– Manage other VA’s

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, project manager or similar administrative role.
– Ability to take on complex tasks and bring them to completion.
– Pleasant demeanor with a positive attitude; we value a smile! ??
– Strong organizational and management skills.
– Exceptional English language proficiency.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Comfortable taking on significant responsibilities and working closely with company management.
– Resilience, dedication, and a willingness to put in hard work.
