**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operational and Personal Assistant to join our team and work closely with the founder. The ideal candidate will assist in managing both professional and personal tasks, with a strong focus on sales administration, lead follow-up, and closing deals.
This role is essential to help streamline operations, allowing the founder to focus on high-priority tasks and strategic initiatives.

We are a consulting firm based in the UK serving marketing agencies and helping them build acquisitions systems, we have worked with other 90+ marketing agencies helping them grow their revenue
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Administrative Support:**
– Manage the calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate coaching calls.
– Send reminders and follow-ups for scheduled events.
**Content Management:**
– Upload and organize course content and YouTube videos.
– Ensure content is correctly categorized and tagged.
– Plan and schedule social media posts.
– Engage with the audience and monitor performance metrics.
**Email Management:**
– Handle inbox management, respond to inquiries, and manage outbound campaigns.
– Set up and send email campaigns using .
**Data Entry:**
– Tracking data metrics
– Tracking expenses
– Analyze data for trends and report findings.
**Communication and Liaison:**
– Liaise with the setter manager and other team members.
– Schedule regular check-ins and address team concerns promptly.
**Client Support:**
– Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
– Document common issues and escalate complex problems as necessary.
**Project Management:**
– Track project deadlines and ensure tasks are completed on time.
– Update project statuses and send reminders as needed.
**Sales Administration and Lead Follow-up:**
– Manage leads and follow up with prospects within 24 hours.
– Schedule sales calls, prepare and send proposals to prospects.
– Follow up after sales calls and track lead status in the CRM system.
– Close deals and ensure proper onboarding of new clients.
**Personal Task Management:**
– Manage personal schedules and appointments.
– Handle errands and coordinate personal commitments.
– Track personal expenses and manage budgets.
**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience as an assistant or in a similar role.
– Excellent organisational and time management skills.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Great with English written and spoken English
– Proficiency with CRM systems, email management tools, and project management software.
– Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
– Experience in sales administration and lead follow-up.
– Familiarity with social media management and content organisation.
– Data Entry and Experience with spreadsheet
