Job Description

I’m looking for someone dynamic and proactive to join me as a part-time Operational Excellence (OE) Specialist, who will also serve as my personal assistant. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety and is keen to make a real impact. You’ll help streamline our processes, create effective reporting systems, and assist with various research and development tasks. If you’re a self-starter who loves turning ideas into reality with minimal supervision, I’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
– Work closely with me to understand and develop reporting templates that enhance our understanding of ongoing projects.
– Dive into research tasks with enthusiasm, whether it’s mapping out boutique hotel operations or exploring new sales strategies.
– Create presentations and documents that not only look good but also tell a compelling story of the data behind them.
– Develop Excel templates and other tools that help in making informed decisions quickly.
– Occasionally, help in customizing business proposals with specific client data and insights.
– Treat every task as an opportunity to learn and improve, contributing directly to the success of our operations.
– Organize both work-related and potentially personal tasks using Notion, ensuring that all information is easily accessible and well maintained.

Qualifications:
– A knack for grasping new concepts quickly and a passion for making things better.
– Skilled with Microsoft Office, also MacOS environment (keynote/ Pages) especially in making Excel do your bidding, and a flair for creating visually appealing presentations.
– Independent and organized, comfortable managing your workflow and deadlines.
– Excellent communicator, capable of explaining complex ideas in simple terms.
– Some background in operational improvement or business analysis would be fantastic, but enthusiasm and the ability to learn fast are just as important.

Example of some tasks:

– Help me develop a report presentation template for our procurement department (overall and project specific), Here is what I have in mind, please research more and let’s see the first draft in two days.
– Here is files of singed project this year, develop a template for pipeline in Notion
– Here is client data add them to notion CRM
