Location: Philippines (Remote)

Type: Full-Time

Our company, a pioneering digital marketing agency, is seeking an experienced Operational Manager with a background in Digital Marketing and experience in Human Resources to join our dynamic team in the Philippines. The position is remote and open to candidates throughout the country.

We’re looking for a professional who has a deep understanding of the digital marketing industry and the Philippine job market, with a proven track record in managing and scaling remote teams. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in our rapidly expanding company.

Responsibilities:

– Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our remote team of freelancers
– Implement and refine operational procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
– Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
– Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, or other issues
– Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
– Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the company
– Promote a positive and open work environment where the team feels motivated and valued
– Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
– Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
– Recruit, onboard, and train new hires to accommodate our growth plans

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and human resources, preferably within the Digital Marketing industry
– Proficient in using HR software and other business systems
– Comprehensive understanding of the Philippine labor law and HR best practices
– Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
– Superb interpersonal and leadership skills
– Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
– Fluency in English and Filipino, both written and spoken
