Operational Marketing Manager (C-Suite Level)

We are a digital marketing agency specializing in Web Development, SEO, and Google Ads. We’re seeking a Marketing Operations Manager (c-suite level) to optimize operational efficiency and oversee client communications. —- We are a growing marketing company that is need of clean-up and implementations in many systems).

Responsibilities:
– Client Communications: Act as a liaison between clients and our fulfillment team for Web Development, SEO, and Google Ads services.
– Create SOPs: Develop standard operating procedures for client communication and other operational tasks.
– Task Organization: Use Notion to manage and prioritize tasks for team members.
– Graphic Design: Produce design elements on Canva.
– Interviewing and Hiring: Assist in recruiting and training future VAs, particularly for client communications.
– Copywriting: Create compelling content for marketing and communication.
– Tech Stack: Proficiency in Notion, Slack, Loom, Google Suite, Go High Level, and Canva.
– Availability: Active on Slack from 9-5pm EST; Monday team meeting at 4pm EST is mandatory.
– Photo Editing: Basic skills required for content modification.
– Daily logins to Slack
– Replying to emails within 24 hours
– Join client zoom calls to record notes and provide feedback when requested

Qualifications:
– 2+ previous professional experience working with marketing agencies.
– Familiarity with Web Development, SEO, and Google Ads.
– Have experience hiring, firing and developing VA/Employee roles
– Must have excellent attendance and be available 9-5pm EST
– Reliable internet & power (with back up options)
– Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
– Ability to assign self and others tasks to push the company forward
