We are currently hiring and looking for an Operations Specialist who wants to work on Challenging Tasks, and Create Impact around a supportive, fast paced and learning-oriented culture. You’ll be working on e-commerce companies that operates in Amazon and will eventually expand into many other channels. You will be able to learn and work on projects that will grow your professional life. If this sounds fulfilling to you, read below. You will be the first to join a team as an Operations Specialist with a seasoned leader in the e-commerce space. You’ll be working directly with me and I have experience training individuals such as yourself from scratch to become top performers. I’ve coached people through life circumstances, personal issues, and evolved them to head projects that they’ve never experienced before. My goal is to make sure that you 10x not only on a career standpoint, but on a personal level as well. If you bring your best work, you will be rewarded in many ways. If you did not grow from this experience, tell me and I will learn and make sure you 10x. You will enter a training regime that will make you the top % performers.

To join the team, I’m looking for a someone with the capacity to learn and the persistence to keep trying. This is not a job posting to find another job, or as a secondary source of income. I don’t need you to know the nitty gritty. Though having prior experience is preferred, it is not the top attribute i’m looking for. As long as you are willing to learn and have the mindset, I can teach you. But I need you to be the right fit. If you aren’t up for the task and the intensity, then this is not the role for you. I truly mean it. I’ve gone through hundreds to thousands of applicants. The team that I’ve built before is still performing and been with the old company for 5+ years. Each improved and very different from when they first started. However, all of them came with a willingness to learn and the grit to get things done. It’s going to be tough, but it’ll be worthwhile. You’ll come out having improved in many ways more than one.

That being said, the right individual usually has some form of qualifications. Here are the qualifications:

### Qualifications:

– Leadership or Management experience in a Company is preferred but not required
– Ecommerce Experience is preferred but not required
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Excellent communication skills – Proficiency in English is a must for communication.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
– Proven track record of leading a project from start to finish
– Track record of finding issues and resolving them
– A growth mindset, unlimited curiosity and a constant desire for improvement
– Tech savy – comfortable or able to get comfortable with technology

### Responsibilities – In your 3 months, this is what you should accomplish:

– Collaborate with Design team to A/B test graphics
– Inventory Analysis and shipout of stock
– Talking to our third party vendors & screening
– Customer Service with personalized 5 star experience
– Filing of necessary documents for compliance & accounting
– Researching new product ideas & marketing graphics
– Working with me to launch projects
– Working with me to launch products
– Create structure & documentation with tech

### Process:

Initial Application Process:

Anybody that does not do the 3 above will not pass onto the next phase.

2nd Stage: If you pass, congrats! I will send over the next instructions.

3rd Stage: You will be invited to have a 30 minute interview:

4th Stage: If required, you will be invited again to have another 30 minute interview.

Once hired, you will be on a month long probation.

During the probation, you will be paid $125 USD per week.

You will have a 7, 14 and 30 day plan with an evaluation every week. Both of us reserve the right to stop. In which case the pay will be pro-forma unless otherwise agreed.

### Compensation:

Depending on your experience, the compensation will be between: $500 USD – $800 USD depending on how well you perform and relevant experience.

Benefits can be discussed and will be provided after 1 year.

### About me:

My name is Vincent and I’ve helped build up 3 different ecommerce businesses up from $Xmm to $XXmm. I was doing the entirety of Operations & design. I have high standards for myself. I’ve built a team from 0 people to a team of 10. Each individual has learnt and improved beyond my wildest dreams. They started with no knowledge with the work, and now head different departments. I have a proven track record of growing each individual by dedicating time every week to grow and learn. Currently, I’m building my own ecommerce businesses and have grown tremendously over the last 9 months. As the first hire, you will be learning directly from me and have the opportunity to grow alongside the company. During my spare time you can find myself going to the gym, reading fiction & non fiction, listening to podcasts and playing games. I definitely take time off and encourage people to play hard and relax as well – or else there would be serious burnout.
