The role focuses on enhancing the operational efficiency and relationship management within a dynamic tourism company. The assistant will play a pivotal role in project management, CRM administration, and administrative support, ensuring seamless coordination with partners, affiliates, and team members. The candidate will assist in organizing and managing internal processes, tracking and following up on projects, and facilitating communication across various platforms and stakeholders.

Project Management Support: Assist in monitoring project timelines and deliverables, ensuring tasks are completed within the stipulated deadlines. Ability to follow up with team members and external partners for updates and necessary documents.
CRM Management: Organize and manage customer relationship management tools, ensuring all client interactions are logged and up-to-date. The assistant will help in categorizing emails, setting reminders for follow-ups, and aiding in communication flow.
Operational Support: Provide general operational support including setting up products, managing reseller and affiliate setups, and helping with administrative tasks. This includes managing invoices, coordinating with designers, and ensuring deliverables are met.
Content and Media Organization: Assist in organizing an internal library of photos and videos for marketing and sales purposes. This involves regularly updating content libraries and managing marketing assets.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective relationship management.
Proficiency in CRM tools and project management software. Familiarity with OneNote or willingness to learn and manage project documentation.
Ability to work flexibly, accommodating different time zones as required.
Proactive learner with a keen interest in the tourism industry. Previous experience in tourism is advantageous but not mandatory.
Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to new challenges and tasks.
Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus, reflecting the diverse and multicultural nature of the tourism industry.
