We are looking for a self-motivated, experienced, and reliable Operations administrator. Applicant must be efficient, detail oriented, able to multi-task, and undertake administrative tasks as required. Also ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the Operations administrator will include Sales, Social media managing, Data entry, Schedule management and mentoring office assistants. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with sales, competent in prioritizing To do List, and Able to work with supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The operations administrator ensures the smooth running of our company task and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
*Responsibilities include
Sales Call
Follow Up calls
Cold Calls
Data Entry
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Supervise staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management with extensive Travel research
Manage correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Email & Text Message management
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures (If applicable)
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Track office data and place orders when necessary
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Manage Auto Social media posting
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Misc Admin tasks as required

Job Types: Full Time
Pay: $2.75 – $4.20 per hour
Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift (10am-6:30pm CST.)
• Monday to Friday
Experience:
• Sales experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• MS word & Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
• Administrative experience: (Preferred)
