Panublix is a sourcing platform & marketplace connecting creatives with Southeast Asia’s tropical fibers, yarns, textiles & artisans so they can design for regenerative lifestyles while preserving artisan craft heritage.

The Panublix Fellowship Program
The Panublix Fellowship Program is a 6 to 8 month paid fellowship (from June 2023 to January 2024) for high-performing, mission-driven individuals who want to jumpstart a career in social innovation, sustainability and impact / tech startups.

Project Partners
Fellows will be working on strategic projects in Panublix funded by public-private partners including Department of Science and Technology, British Council, Forest Foundation and many others.

Responsibilities:

– The Operations & Impact Associate is a people-oriented community-builder and self-starter who serves primarily as a conduit between Panublix, Artisan Enterprises and Partner Institutions.
– S/He manages the overall sourcing experience for both Artisan Enterprise under the Panublix Weaving Enterprise Digital Enabler (PWEDE) program for specific communities.
– At the same time, s/he also builds relationships and works together with key partner institutions, such as the yarn centers, government, non-profit organizations and colleges/universities, to establish and maintain the supply chain operations in the area.
– S/He will be reporting directly to the Operations Project Manager.
Operations and Impact Associates are needed for the following regions:
– Region 6 (Iloilo, Aklan) coordinates with the yarn center based in Miag-ao, Iloilo, along with partner weavers & stakeholders in the Panublix value chain. (preferably based in Miag-ao, Iloilo)
– Region 2 (Isabela) coordinates with the yarn center based in Isabela, along with partner weavers & stakeholders in the Panublix value chain.(preferably based in Cauayan or Quezon, Isabela)
– Region 12 (Sultan Kudarat, General Santos City, Cotabato) networks, builds and establishes relationships, and coordinates with key artisan enterprises and institutions such as government, non-profit organizations and colleges/universities to help establish the presence and operations of Panublix in the region (preferably based in either Sultan Kudarat, Gen San or Cotabato).

Qualifications:

– Graduate of any college degree, preferably from business, operations, community development, or similar courses.
– 1-3 years in experience in stakeholder engagement, community development & project management
