We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Part-Time Operations and
Logistics Assistant. This role will primarily focus on supporting the day-to-day operations, inventory management, and coffee
ordering processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a
fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
– Monitor inventory levels of green coffee beans, packaging materials, and other supplies.
– Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
– Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Ordering Coffee:
– Place orders for green coffee beans and roasted coffee based on inventory levels and production requirements.
– Assist in sourcing high-quality coffee beans from various suppliers while considering factors such as origin, flavor profiles, and pricing.
– Track orders and liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

Operations Support:
– Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and timely fulfillment of orders.
– Support packaging and labeling activities as needed.

Quality Control:
– Assist us in maintaining quality standards throughout the roasting and packaging processes.

Documentation and Reporting:
– Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and supplier communications.
– Generate reports on inventory status, order fulfillment, and other relevant metrics as needed.

Requirements:
– Prior experience in operations, logistics, or inventory management preferred.
– Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about coffee sourcing, roasting, and quality control.
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).
– Must work US hours, including weekends, if necessary.
