Job Description

As an Operations and Sales Administrator at Joint Sealing Solutions Inc., you will have a multifaceted role, encompassing both administrative support for operations and sales activities. You will play a pivotal role in streamlining internal processes, coordinating project logistics, and supporting sales efforts to drive business growth and success in the joint sealing construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless execution of joint sealing projects. Assist in coordinating project schedules, resource allocation, and subcontractor activities to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to facilitate the sales process. Generate leads, prepare quotes, and follow up on inquiries to convert prospects into clients. Maintain customer databases and CRM systems to track sales activities and client interactions.

Documentation Management: Manage project documentation and sales records in an organized manner. Maintain accurate records of contracts, permits, sales agreements, and customer communications for reference and compliance purposes.

Logistics Coordination: Assist in logistics planning for project materials, equipment, and personnel. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of resources to project sites and optimize operational efficiency.

Vendor and Supplier Relations: Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to support project requirements and sales activities. Obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and coordinate procurement of materials and services as needed.

Customer Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and concerns. Provide exceptional customer service and support to build long-term relationships with clients and enhance customer satisfaction.

Financial Administration: Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effective project execution. Prepare financial reports, invoices, and purchase orders to facilitate accurate accounting and financial management.

Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports and performance metrics to track sales activities, revenue generation, and sales pipeline progress. Provide insights and recommendations to sales management to optimize sales strategies and achieve targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, construction management, or related field.
Previous experience in administrative roles, with exposure to both operations and sales functions, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach and the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and project management tools.
Knowledge of construction processes, sales techniques, and industry regulations.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in documentation and record-keeping.s of quality and safety.
