We are seeking an experienced remote Operations and Sales Manager for our startup company. The ideal candidate will have a background in operations, B2B outbound sales, and purchase/wholesale or FMCG import/export experience. This role requires leadership skills to spearhead projects and drive sales growth while ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
– Spearhead and manage projects, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth execution.
– Lead and motivate a sales team, focusing on B2B outbound sales and client acquisition.
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies, nurturing key client relationships.
– Utilize purchase/wholesale or import/export experience to optimize supply chain and sourcing processes.
– Collaborate with vendors to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
– Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive business growth.
– Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve sales and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
4+ years of operations experience in a corporate or BPO environment.
2+ years of B2B outbound sales experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced setting.
Proven experience in purchase/wholesale or import/export is highly desired.
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully spearheading projects.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
