Company Overview: TNCST Products, LLC, is dedicated to creating unique products to sustain and enhance our growth. As we aim to reach over $10 million in sales and $2.8 million in EBITDA by the end of 2025, we seek a visionary Operations manager to steer our operational initiatives and support our ambitious financial targets.
Mission: To partner closely with the Founder & CEO to cultivate a culture that supports substantial revenue growth and operational excellence, ensuring the implementation of SOPs and KPIs to achieve and exceed our strategic objectives. Have a sense to take ownership of the company operations and management to take pressure off of the CEO to allow for strategy and growth initiatives. Create a team to support the growth initiatives and get the best efforts out of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management:
• Monitor Product financials to ensure a minimum of 20% profit margin.
• Collaborate with accounting professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial reports.
• Use stock planning to calculate a budget for current product orders and new product launches.
2. Performance Dashboards and Reporting:
• Develop and maintain precise performance dashboards for sales, project management, and operations, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness in reporting to CEO.
• Utilize dashboards to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), helping to drive decision-making across the company.

3. Strategic Operational Leadership:
• Lead the operational strategy to scale the business to over $10 million in sales and $2.8 million in EBITDA by the end of 2025.
• Manage the company’s profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow, ensuring alignment with our financial objectives and budget.
• Planning for future growth, develop our hiring plan for the future to ensure key employees are in place.
4. Company Scoreboard and KPI Management:
• Establish and maintain a company scoreboard to track and analyze financial KPIs, setting targets that align with our strategic goals.
• Conduct trend analyses and strategic reviews to guide business decisions and operational adjustments.
5. Collaborative Leadership:
• Work closely with the CEO to refine operational processes and define target KPIs that support the company’s goals.
• Act as a central point of communication for operational insights, providing critical analysis and information to the CEO.
• Collaborate with sourcing agents, contractors, and gig workers to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Create a learning environment incorporating training and education into individual goals.
6. Stock Management:
• Create and manage KPIs around Inventory, Stock, and Order times.
• Create an inventory plan for each SKU.
• Ensure no OOS Products and keep 6-8 weeks of stock.
• Manage lead times of all products to maintain correct stock levels to maximize sales.
• Manage stock levels to ensure a 98% in-stock rate, coordinating new reorders.
