I’m a strong man of Christian faith, and I’m looking for someone to become my right hand Operations Manager. This is a role that is UNLIKE anything you’ve ever seen before.
I know many of you apply for “VA” roles, where you never really form a strong, genuine relationship with your employer.
That is NOT the case here. I am looking for a loyal, driven, hard-working team member who is willing to go the distance with me, and work for 5 years+, and who truly believes in my mission.

–If you cannot speak English fluently, and you type English with a lot of grammatical errors, this is not for you.
–If you don’t like to take on new challenges, and push yourself to grow.
–If you are NOT willing to work on standard United States business hours times (9-5 PM PST), this is not for you.
–If you do not have leadership experience, where you understand how to manage a team of people, this is not for you.
–If you do not like to solve hard problems, this is not for you.
–If you do not have a WHATEVER IT TAKES attitude, this is not for you.
–If you do not have a HIGH attention to detail, this is not for you.

So now, you might be wondering: What is the job?
Since you will be my right hand Operations Manager, you will be doing a number of things:
1. Handling customer service requests and communicate via zoom call and written email/message with clients.
2. Handling Collections for contacting our clients with over-due payments via phone call/text/email, to ensure that they complete their payments on time.
3. Data entry into spreadsheets to assist our sales team and our coaching/fulfillment team.
3. Build out standard operating procedures for different departments across our company.
4. Build out spreadsheets for tracking data (you MUST be good at spreadsheets and handling large volumes of data)
5. Your role will constantly be changing. As the company grows, you will lead a team of virtual employees, and take on more and more leadership roles. A big part of this job is to stay on your toes, always ready for action and change.
Here is the compensation:
This job will start off at $1,000 USD / mo (roughly 6-7 USD / hour).
Though if you have a very strong skillset / experience and are asking for more, this is negotiable, and there is room to grow.
Again, if you are looking for quick money, this is NOT for you. Only for people who have a long term vision to grow with my company.
