JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Manage a portfolio of SKUs on a daily basis and take proactive measures to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stockouts by forecasting demand, monitoring sales trends, and coordinating replenishment plan with inventory and logistics team.
• Generate a comprehensive weekly report summarizing sales data, inventory levels, marketing & promotion budget spending.
• Conduct weekly reviews of SKU performance, identifying top-performing products and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities (listing image, pricing, promotion strategies, Amazon selling updates, and etc)
• Communicate report findings effectively to management and cross-functional teams, highlighting actionable recommendations and insights.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and promotion strategies utilizing Amazon affiliates, Vine program, Deals, and YouTube influencers to drive sales growth, enhance brand visibility, and engage target audiences effectively.
• Proactively review customer feedback, including reviews and the voice of the customer, to identify and address quality issues promptly, mitigating the risk of further negative reviews and preserving listing high star rating & customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with the PPC specialist to review ad spending data and jointly identify strategies for reducing costs, improving conversion rates, and promoting efficiency in advertising campaigns, leveraging their expertise in pay-per-click advertising platforms and optimization techniques.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
• E-commerce Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in Amazon storefront operations, including sales growth strategies, inventory management, and product listing optimization.
• Inventory Management Skills: Proven ability to forecast demand, monitor stock levels, and coordinate replenishment strategies to maintain optimal inventory turnover and prevent stockouts.
• Marketing and Promotion Experience: Hands-on experience developing and executing marketing strategies, utilizing Amazon affiliates, Vine program, deals, and collaborations with YouTube influencers to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
• Analytical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborative Approach: Effective communicator and team player capable of collaborating cross-functionally with inventory, marketing, and customer service teams to achieve sales objectives and drive continuous improvement.
• Pay-Per-Click : A strong understanding and knowledge of PPC advertising principles and best practices is essential.
• Preferably can speak Mandarin.
