Working Schedule: Pacific Standard Time (days and time to be determined once hired)

We are looking for an Operations Assistant with a wide experience in customer service, managing projects and administrative support, to be part of our partner’s dynamic team. This company specializes in accessories for the cannabis industry.

General Summary:
The Operations Assistant will be integral to streamlining our operations and enhancing efficiency across various departments. This role will focus primarily on administrative support, process optimization, and project management, while also handling customer service and shipping tasks. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple priorities and ensuring that all daily operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage operational customer service inquiries to ensure timely and effective resolutions, enhancing customer satisfaction.
– Prepare and print shipping labels accurately and coordinate with shipping partners to ensure prompt delivery of daily ecommerce orders.
– Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our product catalog, utilizing for all product SOP documentation.
– Support project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress to meet project deadlines and objectives.
– Demonstrate excellent written English language skills in all communications.
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines efficiently. Assist with website operations including listing updates and ensuring all product information is current and accurate.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
– Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
– Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
– Experience in customer service and shipping logistics is highly regarded.
– Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and eBay is a plus.
