Operations Assistant

Job Summary:
Chrome Lot Photography seeks a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Assistant. The primary responsibility of this role is to serve as a backup for the main dispatcher of photographers, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service. The role also includes various administrative, editing, and quality assurance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling Assistant
– Receive and organize photographer schedules (if needed)
– Respond to phone and email inquiries from clients and photographers.
– Schedule and coordinate photography sessions (if needed)

Administrative Tasks:
– Provide low-tempo open phone coverage (text only).
– Handle recurring workflows.
– Assist with data entry and record-keeping.
– Photo Editing and Quality Assurance:
– Edit photos to meet company standards.
– Perform quality assurance checks on photos

Overflow Tasks:
– Create fake demos as required.

Qualifications:

Skills and Qualifications:
– Basic proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
– Basic design skills are a plus.
– Strong organizational and communication skills.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
– Excellent attention to detail.
– Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
– Enthusiasm for learning and adapting in a rapidly evolving environment.

8-hour shift Monday to Friday (Weekends as needed)
