Operations Assistant for a Short Term Rental Company (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com)

We’re looking for an experienced virtual property assistant to help with various tasks for our growing short term rental company. We use websites like Airbnb, Vrbo, Click to view and our own website to rent our apartments to traveling guests. Experience is required. Additional training will be provided.

1. You have great critical thinking skills to work independently after training utilizing support only if needed.
2. Have great English speaking and writing skills and enjoy communicating with people.
3. Available to part time first then transition to full time
4. Have basic social media and or copywriting skills (plus points if have)
5. Have experience onboarding cleaners/maintenance and other vendors

This position is only for someone who enjoys this industry, is self sufficient and can make decisions on their once provided with training. You will be need to be available to to work on the weekends and on a US EST schedule (type SOJOURN in email subject). We’re a growing company that prefers to promote from within.
