Bear Brothers Cleaning () is rapidly growing cleaning service in Alabama and needs a part-time Operations Associate to run the business’s day-to-day.
Opportunity:
You have the opportunity to make huge money in this role! Your base will be $3 an hour, but that is not where the money is made. You will make $5 per successful clean (and you’re not even the one cleaning!). All you have to do is assign a cleaner to clean, communicate that to the cleaner, ensure the cleaner shows up to the clean, and successfully cleans! Boom – you get $5.
With our preliminary goal of 10K revenue, at an average clean of $200, that’ll be 50 cleans per month. 50 x $5 = $250 extra in your pocket. And that’s just the preliminary goal! Our goal by the end of 2023 is to hit 50K in revenue. 50K divided by the average clean cost of $200 = 250 cleans. 250 x $5 = $1250 extra in your pocket (and that’s not including your base pay). **This is our Operations Manager’s path – the Operations Associate would only handle morning cleans**
We plan on moving our Operations Manager hours to 10:30 AM CST – 6:30 PM CST Monday – Friday. You’ll be able to take her hours when she is sick, on vacation, etc. We also may expand to working on Saturdays if you prove to be capable of handling the responsibilities yourself.

– 7:30 AM CST – 10:30 PM CST working hours
Day-to-Day:
1. **7:30 AM** Check booking koala and check on cleanings for the day
2. **7:45 AM** Text all cleaners making sure they’re going to be at their cleans that day
3. Check business email for any new bookings
4. Be on standby for any incoming calls
1. selling and booking the incoming calls
5. Post hiring ads on Facebook Groups (2-5 times per week)
1. Monitoring job postings
2. Scheduling interviews
3. Offering job
4. Onboarding new cleaners
6. Updating Cleaners Profiles in BookingKoala
7. Creatig a posts for social media
8. Verifying before and after photos the cleaners submit (ensuring they’re up to standards)
9. Checking throughout the day to make sure cleaners are still going to cleanings
10. Reaching out to rental properties/agents looking to form partnerships
11. Monitoring reviews
