About You
Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in an administrative or operational support role.
Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Highly reliable, process-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and can adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Google Workspace/ Google Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Keen interest in the core operations of a startup, including HR, culture, legal, finance, and systems.

The Opportunity
We’re hiring an Operations Associate to support the Operations Manager and the Vice President of Operations. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth running of our fast-paced startup by providing foundational support, enabling senior operations staff to focus on strategic initiatives. You will be involved in various projects, providing essential support to help streamline processes and improve efficiency across the company.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage company calendar and schedule company-wide meetings.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.
Operational Assistance
Assist in the onboarding process for new team members, including drafting offer letters and contracts.
Help manage employee documentation such as salary increase letters, promotion letters, and option documents.
Coordinate employee benefits and perks
Project Coordination
Support the execution of special projects by managing timelines, coordinating tasks, and ensuring timely completion.
Assist with performance reviews and team surveys, managing feedback and tracking progress.
Team Engagement
Organise team activities and social events, both virtual and in-person.
Facilitate internal communication and foster a collaborative team environment.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and help implement streamlined processes.
Maintain and update internal systems and databases as needed.
General Support
Provide general support to various departments, ensuring seamless operations.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as required to support the overall business objectives.
