Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the efficient functioning of our company’s day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in overseeing daily operational activities to ensure they are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels, track shipments, and manage order fulfillment to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in resolving operational issues and ensuring a smooth resolution of challenges.
• Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of internal systems and software tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of sales on our website and online marketplaces (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Amazon etc).
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Work Arrangement:
This is a full-time position.
Official working hours: 9 am – 6.30 pm (SGT GMT+8), Monday – Friday (To be discussed for remote team members who operate on an 8-hour or more time difference)
There may be weekend shifts or late-hour shifts where the candidate may be required to oversee the coordinating and smooth running of key sales events.
