The Role

This role is a remote position based in the Philippines, and it reports directly to the Operations Manager. You will utilize your exceptional customer service experience to build customer relationships and work with technicians on scheduling jobs for a range of clients across the Northwest of Western Australia.

Responsibilities As a member of our team, you will:

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails from clients and vendors in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate and book staff travel and accommodation.
Work cross-functionally with internal service delivery teams to ensure customer needs are being met.
Manage stock by ordering and disbursing stock and parts.
Monitor jobs to ensure they are completed and closed within our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Collate and prepare reports.
Maintain our databases by ensuring customer records and details are up to date while ensuring compliance.
Requirements The ideal candidate will possess:

Experience in working as Business Support, Administration, or Coordinator.
Excellent customer service skills.
Intermediate computer skills.
Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and work autonomously.
High attention to detail.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
A love for working in a team environment.
