THIS IS A REMOTE (work from home) POSITION.
What You’ll Do:
Under the directions of the Operations Manager, the Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Operations Team and the organization.
– Compose and prepare various written materials such as email correspondence, reports, and SOPs for the Operations Team.
– Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner; work independently with little or no direction, set priorities and meet critical time deadlines.
– Maintain the Operations SharePoint ensuring that all documents are up to date and accessible.
– Work closely with other departments to direct smooth workflow and communication throughout the organization.
– Performs other duties as assigned.
What You Should Have:
– 2 years of increasingly responsible administrative office support experience.
– Or an equivalent combination of education and experience that will provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to be successful performing the essential functions of the job.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency at an intermediate level in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.
– Respectfully assertive, detail-oriented, and able to accommodate tight deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.
What is preferred:
– Must be able to multitask efficiently.
– Capable of prioritizing tasks independently.
– Intermediate Excel skills, specifically for data analysis.
– Demonstrates persistence and ability to deliver results.
– Strong follow-through on tasks and projects.
– Detail-oriented and meticulous in work.
THIS IS A REMOTE (work from home) POSITION.
Requirements:
– Own computer (Windows 10 or higher, at least 8GB RAM, and at least Intel i5 or Ryzen 5 processor) with dual monitor.
– Reliable high-speed internet access
– Work-from-home experience is a must.
Start Date: November 6, 2023, US Pacific Time
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Pacific Time
FULL TIME 40 hours per week.
Pay Range: PHP 60,000.00 – PHP 70,000.00 per month
