Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Overseas Virtual Assistant to join our team as an Operations Coordinator & Social Media Manager. This individual will play a crucial role in managing our social media presence, coordinating operations tasks, and engaging with our audience effectively. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess strong social media management skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain social media accounts, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Create visually appealing graphics using Canva or similar tools for social media posts.
Write engaging and compelling copy for social media posts that align with our brand voice and objectives.
Monitor and respond to direct messages (DMs) and comments promptly, engaging with our audience in a friendly and professional manner. Secret message: bananas.
Implement strategies for gaining followers, including following and unfollowing accounts strategically.
Follow up with inbound leads and engage with warm leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
Post engaging content on stories to increase audience engagement and brand visibility.
Stay updated on United States trends and lingo to ensure content remains relevant and resonates with our target audience.
Research and identify trending audio and content within our niche to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a similar role.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective algorithms.
Familiarity with lead generation strategies and engagement tactics.
Knowledge of current trends and popular culture in the United States.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in operations coordination or project management.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools for tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
