We’re seeking a part-time Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a roll-up-your-sleeves get-it-done attitude; they’ll be team-oriented with a curious mind and eager to learn. This person must be well-organized, highly detailed, and a self-starter. This person will be responsible for providing operations support to our team and must be dedicated, focused, and extremely detail-oriented.
Roles and responsibilities will include any of the following:
Project Management – Ensures all work is assigned in ClickUp and project plans are thorough and detailed; assists with balancing workload to ensure proper team utilization; follows up with team members on overdue tasks to ensure deadlines are met
Systems Maintenance & Review – Maintains systems directory; creates, organizes, updates, and audits systems and SOPs
Analytics – Accurate weekly reporting of KPIs across all departments
Bookkeeping – Financial support including general bookkeeping, tracking client and team payments, and expense tracking
Executive Assistance – Inbox management and research assistance for CEO
Tech Backup & Testing – Supporting Marketing Assistant with tech/tools integration and testing and website updates
Quality Control – Review and approve work prior to distribution/publishing to provide a check and balance and maintain high quality standards
HR Support – Providing HR support and assistance for hiring, onboarding and offboarding team members
Other duties as assigned

Are available to work within the hours of 8am-3pm Eastern (New York Time Zone) daily and attend weekly team meetings
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
Are independent and self-sufficient but also know when to ask for help or clarification
Are ready to grow with the business, investing own time in personal development, and look forward to being a trusted team member that the business relies on in order to grow

20 hours per week available and are flexible with increasing hours as needed
