ROLE

The primary function of the Operations Coordinator is to support the Brand owner in daily, weekly and monthly tasks and ensure the overall success of the company’s products on Amazon. This includes managing data collection and presentation, SKU optimization, PPC reporting and engagement with influencers on social media.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational:
– Oversee daily basic checks of account health and listing statuses
– Oversee day to day SKU optimization (inc. keyword research and analysis as per our processes), PPC optimization/maintenance
– Downloading reports and completing scorecards with relevant data points
– Managing fee, refund and return reports and submitting if anything requires correction or investigation
– Participation in selected webinars for self-development
– Meet via Zoom with team Brand owner to discuss previous weeks and future plans

Customer engagement:
– Connecting with influencers on social media
– Building relationships with creators for promotions
– Creating Amazon posts/stories

REQUIREMENTS

At least 1 years Amazon Seller Central experience
1 years PPC experience
Ability work with little supervision
Knowledge in keyword research and analysis
Familiarity with Helium 10 and other industry tools
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Highly organized with very high attention to details
Willing to take on new challenges and carry out new/unfamiliar tasks
Resourceful and willing to learn new things
Can efficiently collaborate with the team
Fast-learner
