Job Description

Are you a highly organized individual with a knack for gathering resources and compiling data? Do you excel at keeping tasks on schedule and managing team to-dos? If so, we want you to join our fast-growing social media agency!

Responsibilities:

• Independently gather resources online based on instructions and compile data into spreadsheets.
• Help track team tasks and coordinate to keep everything on schedule.
• Manage file organization and communication through Slack, including setting reminders, tagging team members, and managing pinned important files.
• Utilize Google Drive for document management, organizing content, and managing photos that are pending or already posted.
• Coordinate and ensure tasks are progressing on schedule with the right team members alerted at the right time for start, progress updates, and task completion.
• Assist with social media management, content scheduling, and ensuring timely task handoffs.
• Collaborate with the team to set up and manage a task management platform like Notion or Asana, converting Gantt charts into a monthly task flow for each client.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Slack (reminders, tags, file management).
• Proficiency with Google Drive.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and social media platforms.
• Strong attention to detail (mention this in your application title).
• Ability to work on Eastern Time (ET).
• Experience with social media management, file organization, data gathering, setting reminders, and appointments.
• Expert-level proficiency in task management platforms like Notion or Asana.
• Ability to convert Gantt charts into repeatable task flows for client management.
