Key Requirements
Previous experience in supply chain processes and order management
Previous experience in customer service
Excellent English-speaking skills
Strong communication skills
Capable to work under pressure
Main Responsibilities, tasks & duties:
Process Sales / Purchase orders through to shipment ensuring full compliance with system processes (Microsoft BC)
Manage customer orders and provide status updates to customers
Work with Supply Chain and warehouse team to plan for and process inbound deliveries
Maintain inventory records in system to ensure accuracy with warehouse inventory reports at all times
Maintain order trackers for reporting and workflow management, providing updates to key stakeholders as required
Respond to customer enquiries and escalate issues that arise
Current Daily tasks:
Process inbound stock in system
Maintain order tracker on a daily basis
Receive, ship and invoice orders
Provide status updates to customers (ETA, POD)
Create shipping documents (e.g. packing slips / pallet labels)
Book couriers / freight for outbound orders with 3PL providers
Create / maintain all Purchase Orders in system
Create / maintain all Sales Orders in system
Create new items and ensure master data in system is kept up to date
Circumstances
Fluent in English (C2 or above)
Must be eligible to work in region
Must be able and passionate about working remotely alongside globally dispersed teams.
Work Hours
Workdays: Monday – Friday 8pm – 5am Philippines Time
Philippine public Holiday- Holidays can be taken by agreement, unpaid.
United States public Holiday- Holidays can be taken at the standard rate or swapped for Philippine holidays.
Reasonable additional hours may be required from time to time.
Equipment
Contractor to have a laptop, monitor, headset and camera to use during their work hours.
