Right now we are looking to hire a highly organized and resourceful Operations and Customer Service Lead who can be responsible for aspects of our daily and weekly operations processes. This is a Full-Time Remote position.

These tasks include:

– Creating, processing, and invoicing bulk and wholesale orders
– 3PL management (inventory reports, communication, etc.)
– Operations related reporting and KPIs
– Helping to perform daily checks and updates for Customer Service
– Compiling monthly order fulfillment costs and other data
– Being able to step in for customer service during busy times, or if our customer service rep is out of the office. Learn and understand our policies, products, and FAQs, to answer customer questions.
– Handling additional company and/or personal projects as needed
– You will be provided with clear SOPs to ensure success.
– You will also be trained on customer service, so that you can step in to assist customers when needed (e.g. if our customer service rep is out of the office, or if there is a higher volume of customer demand than usual).

We are looking for an Operations & CS Lead specifically with these requirements:

– Excellent English communication skills, including both reading comprehension and writing
– At least three years of experience in a professional administrative or operations position
– Comfort with Google sheets/excel required, including basic understanding of formulas and formatting
– Has the ability to learn our processes and follow them accurately, with attention to detail
– Available to overlap with EDT time zone (New York) by at least 2 hours per day; our normal business hours are 10 am to 6 pm EDT
– Ability to respond to messages (with discretion as needed) outside of stated working hours (i.e responding to questions in Slack)
– Experience with apps such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Asana among other productivity apps.
– You will be responsible for furnishing your own computer.
– You are required to have dependable high-speed internet access.
– Your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
– Creating, processing, and invoicing bulk and wholesale orders
– 3PL management – inventory reports, communication
– Obtaining freight forwarder quotes and managing receiving of bulk shipments
– Operations related reporting and KPIs monthly
– Helping to perform daily checks and updates for Customer Service
– Compiling monthly order fulfillment costs and other data
– Being able to step in for customer service during busy times, or if our customer service rep is out of the office.
– Learn and understand our policies, products, and FAQs, to answer customer questions.
– Handling additional company projects as needed, such as lowering warehouse costs
– Building and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for your areas of responsibility

This role requires you would like to work across a multitude of software applications to support our customers. Experience with Shopify, WMS, 3PL, and related DTC applications is helpful but not required.

Employment Details:
– $800 USD / MONTH
– You will earn 80 hours of paid vacation annually
– You may take off all the national Philippine holidays
– You will be paid the Philippine 13-Month Pay (prorated from your start date)
