About the job:
We are seeking an Operations Director with exceptional English communication skills and 2-3 years of experience working in an agency environment. As our Operations Director, you will be responsible for managing our daily operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time, optimizing our resources and processes, and ensuring client satisfaction with our services. This person should have strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
Responsibilities
– Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in a fast-paced environment
– Ensure projects are completed within budget, on time, and with the highest quality standards, while communicating updates to team members and clients and providing solutions to any issues that arise
– Manage resources, including staffing, equipment, and technology, and adjust as necessary to meet project needs
– Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention, while identifying opportunities for growth and upselling
– Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them, collaborating with the team to optimize processes and workflow, and continually improving our services and offerings
– Provide training and guidance to team members to foster a culture of learning and development and ensure their success in a fast-paced environment
– Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages creativity, productivity, and a strong work ethic while promoting a sense of community and work-life balance
Requirements
– 2-3 years of experience working in an agency environment, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
– Exceptional communication skills in written and verbal English, with a focus on clear and concise messaging
– Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello, and proficiency in other relevant tools and technologies
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a data-driven mindset and focus on results
– Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with team members and clients, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands while maintaining attention to detail and quality
– Strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on mentorship, coaching, and team development
– Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate with the team to achieve common goals
