To further our growth in key markets, we are actively looking for candidates to be our Operations Executive (Asia).
As Operations Executive (Asia) you will be responsible for all operational and logistics activities, and supporting the Commercial team. You will be working independently, involved in day-to-day operations activities, establishing and maintaining vendor relationships, and other administrative tasks. You will report directly to the COO. You will be expected to work on Singapore time. This is a fully remote role.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
OPERATIONAL DUTIES
• Monitor and keep track of container inventory, updating the stock levels daily
• Sending daily stock report to the Commercial Team
• Monitor and keep track of container movements, including containers that are due to be redelivered
• Coordinating between the internal Commercial and Purchasing teams, as well as external customers, suppliers & transport teams
• Liaise, coordinate and communicate with depot partners on maintenance & repair requests
• Liaise, coordinate and communicate with customers on pick up and redelivery requests
• Liaise & coordinate with Commercial Team and Management on repositioning of containers according to demand
CUSTOMER SERVICE/GENERAL DUTIES
• Respond to colleagues’ queries, follow-up with vendors post-sale if necessary
• Coordinate with & advise colleagues on equipment repositioning
• Any other duties that may be requested of you, from time to time
