About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Operations/Finance Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, finance, and leadership, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics, in a remote setting.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for remote operations.
Oversee financial activities, such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, remotely.
Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement in a remote work environment.
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth in a remote setting.
Mentor and manage a remote team of operations and finance professionals.
Stay abreast of e-commerce technologies, trends, and best practices to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the seamless integration of e-commerce platforms with other business systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in remote operations management and finance.
Strong leadership and management skills in a remote work environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial management software and remote collaboration tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for remote team management.
