Job Description:
As the Operations Integrator, you’ll be the backbone of our organization. Your mission will ensure that every aspect of our operations runs smoothly from managing our remote team to implementing and automating systems, leading processes, and driving the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). You’ll be the driving force behind our success as we experience huge growth over the next few years.
If you are someone who has experience working side by side with a CEO as an integrator, who can jump in and hit the ground running, with extensive experience in management, operations, systems, and process implementation we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* CEO’s Right-Hand: Work closely with our CEO to turn our vision into reality. Play a key role in brainstorming new ideas and executing strategic initiatives.
* Process Improvements and Cost Savings: Develop, refine, and automate core workflow processes and systems to achieve significant cost reductions, increased profitability, and improved productivity. Streamline company tasks and procedures, and create KPIs, detailed workflow SOPs, and knowledge bases.
* Master of Operations: Take charge of all aspects of our day-to-day operations big and small, from managing our remote team of rockstars to ensuring every project is completed on time and within budget.
* Systems Overlord: Develop and implement systems and processes that will work together, streamline our operations, and set us up for success. Optimize our project management and CRM system and revamp our communication protocols.
* SOPs Enforcer: Create and enforce standard operating procedures that will ensure consistency and quality in everything we do, from onboarding new team members to executing complex projects.
*Inspire Greatness: Lead by example and inspire our team to greatness through team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and providing guidance and support.
* Problem-Solving Wizard: Resolve conflicts within the team, troubleshoot complex issues, and keep the ship afloat during challenging times.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a focus on operations, systems, and process implementation and automation. Proven leadership experience as an Operations Manager or Director with a track record of operational excellence. Experience with EOS implementation is a plus.
* Leadership Skills: A natural-born leader who knows how to inspire others to greatness and get the best out of your team.
* Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and pride in ensuring flawless operations.
* Communication Skills: Master communicator who conveys ideas clearly and concisely.

This is ideally a Monday – Friday PST hours to align with the other staff. However, we are open to a flexible schedule as long as there is an adequate amount of time spent with the team during their shift.
