About the job
We are looking for someone motivated and diligent. You don’t need to have any experience, just the willingness to succeed. It will start off as an operations role, leaning into the production and customer service elements of the business. If it goes well, could incorporate some sales aspects of the business.
Responsibilities
Create and manage customer invoices in Stripe
Manage supplier invoices and payments
Handle customer inquiries and ensure customer success through coverage of team inbox
Manage daily business operations, including building custom campaigns for clients and providing graphic design support
Validate customer address data with a keen eye for detail
Manage the team inbox using Hubspot and ensure timely response to all inquiries
Run scripts in VS Code to automate various business processes
Requirements
Strong experience in customer service and operations management
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask is required
Familiarity with Stripe and CRMs
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with VS Code and Firebase is a plus
Experience with graphic design and marketing campaigns is a plus
