**Position Overview:**
We are in search of a skilled Operations Manager to drive our daily operations and ensure we consistently deliver the highest standards of customer service. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will manage, direct, and coordinate all operational activities, from personnel management to client relations, maintaining a steadfast focus on safety and quality. This role will play a crucial part in our strategic planning and decision-making processes, contributing significantly to our company’s success.
**Key responsibilities:**
1. Plan, direct, and coordinate operations to improve efficiency and service delivery:** The Operations Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing operational strategies to optimize efficiency. They will streamline processes, implement quality control measures, and oversee task distribution to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
2. Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of field staff:** This involves leading the hiring process for new staff, planning and directing training programs, and supervising daily activities. The Operations Manager will work towards nurturing a high-performing team that delivers exceptional service.
3. Work closely with the sales team to optimize client satisfaction and retention:** Collaborate with the sales department to develop strategies aimed at improving customer service. Monitor customer feedback and work with teams to make necessary improvements, contributing to customer retention and loyalty.
4. Monitor operational costs and budgets:** The Operations Manager will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the operation. They will identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure resources are used efficiently.
5. Ensure all operations comply with legal, safety, and health regulations:** This involves staying up-to-date with industry regulations, ensuring all operational activities are compliant with relevant laws and safety standards, and taking quick corrective action when necessary.

**Qualifications:**

4. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
