Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Agency Lead or Operations Manager to oversee and drive the execution of our core offerings in website development and digital marketing services. This role demands a leader who can enhance operational efficiencies, integrate advanced software and AI, and manage a diverse team to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:

Develop and execute strategies to bring execution in-house and achieve business growth.
Drive the expansion of sales through the acquisition of new clients and the introduction of additional services.
Ensure the delivery of our core offerings with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
Inspire and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Operations Management:

Oversee the implementation of systems like GoHighLevel to streamline service delivery and improve turnaround times.
Lead the hiring, training, and development of staff responsible for executing various services.
Utilize tools like Airtable for effective day-to-day management and tracking of services.

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention..
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring the successful delivery of services.
Service Innovation and Improvement:

Champion the use of automation and advanced software to enhance service speed and efficiency.
Expand the range of services offered, including retention programs, referral management, merchandise, and graphic design.
Maintain high standards of quality and innovation in all service offerings.

Delegation and Team Management:

Delegate technical tasks such as website development, social media management, and reputation management to specialized teams.
Ensure that team members have the resources, training, and support they need to excel in their roles.
Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a leadership role within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
Strong understanding of website development, digital marketing, and SEO principles.
Proficiency in using platforms like GoHighLevel.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive strategic initiatives.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
