Operations Manager

**Job Title:** Operations Manager / COO
**Reports to:** CEO
**Location:** Remote
**Salary:** PHP 25,000 per month, with a performance-based bonus structure that offers potential earnings of $0 – $300,000 per quarter based on ecommerce store sales.

**Summary:**
ASI Thermal is seeking a skilled Operations Manager / COO to direct our daily operations and drive company success. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for managing all operational aspects, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, and organizational goals are met with the highest standards of excellence.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Manage day-to-day business operations, ensuring effective project management and adherence to deadlines.
2. Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to maximize efficiency.
3. Allocate resources and processes strategically to meet business objectives.
4. Craft and implement comprehensive operational strategies.
5. Enhance operational systems, processes, and best practices for improved quality and cost reduction.
6. Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
7. Monitor and report on project progress, including tracking key project metrics and milestones.
8. Provide executive updates on operational performance and strategic challenges.
9. Drive initiatives for organizational growth and scalability.
10. Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications:**
1. Demonstrated experience in an Operations Management or COO role.
2. Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
3. In-depth understanding of business functions and operational management.
4. Expertise in strategic planning and execution.
5. Strong project management abilities.
6. Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.
7. Excellent communication skills in English.
8. Experience with operational tools and software.
9. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
