Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our dynamic business operations. As a key player in our team, you will manage the production and retail of Metabuz (turmeric chai tea) and Aloebuz (anti-aging serum).

Key Responsibilities:

A. Events Management:

Create Profit & Loss budget for events.
Book approved events or shopping centers.
Manage the CEO/company daily calendar.
B. Production and Inventory:

Track inventory for ingredients and products.
Forecast and schedule raw material orders and production.
Monitor logistics for ordered ingredients, ensuring timely delivery and quality checks.
C. Customer Service:

Ensure all customer queries and voice messages are addressed within 24 hours.
Oversee timely processing of all online orders.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 5 years).
Customer service-focused with excellent communication skills.
Strong decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
Ability to work independently with self-motivation and time management.
Excellent planning, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Proficient in GSuite and general computer knowledge.
Equipped with reliable hardware, software, internet, noise-canceling headsets, and a private workspace.
