Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a start-up Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company. This individual must have extensive experience in building and managing operations from the ground up, ensuring efficient and effective processes, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPO and a proven track record of success in a start-up environment.
Job Description:
* Operations Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
* Process Management: Design, implement, and maintain efficient processes and procedures.
* Team Management: Lead and manage a team of operations staff, including training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
* Customer Service: Ensure high-quality customer service by developing and implementing customer-centric processes.
* Financial Management: Manage and control operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring business continuity and minimizing potential losses.
* Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and team members.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
* At least 5 to 7 years of experience in BPO operations, preferably in a start-up company.
* Proven track record of building and managing operations from the ground up.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other relevant software.
* Fluency in English is required
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
* Candidates must be available to work during US business hours, adhering to a schedule of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.
