Operations Manager
is creating the future of outdoor recreation. We make automated rental stations and deploy them in parks in partnership with cities, county parks, and recreation departments. Our mission is to use technology and automation to make outdoor recreation more affordable and convenient. Our business reaches the nation, and our products are represented worldwide.
We’re introducing automated recreational games like kayak and lawn rental stations across the United States, and we’re in search of an Operations Manager to assist in planning our program launches and lead our hiring process for mechanics.
As an Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our program launches through meticulous planning, effective budgeting, strategic staffing, and seamless coordination. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Market Management and Launch Teams in driving the success of our program launches. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Launch Planning:
Develop detailed thorough launch strategies, detailing timelines and budget allocation.
Hiring
Lead the recruitment, selection and onboarding process for mechanics for the kayak rental stations.
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with the supply chain team to procure equipment, supplies, and materials required for the launch of new stations.
Coordinate with launch managers to oversee the implementation of launch plans and provide support as needed.
Collaborate with the market management team to identify locations ready for install and ensure all essential information is complete and available for planning and executing launches.
Preferred qualifications:
– experience using a CRM – preferably HubSpot
– high attention to detail
– ability to work with numbers and spreadsheets
– fluent in the English language – both in writing and verbally.
