Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager who is adept at managing multiple tasks and improving organisational systems using modern software solutions. The successful candidate will be pivotal in enhancing the operational efficiency of our businesses through effective project management, software integrations, and development of communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Software Proficiency and Management: Configure and manage platforms such as , Notion, Slack, and CRM systems to enhance operational efficiency. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Suite, and related integrations is essential.
Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain lines of communication across departments, ensuring clarity and organisation. Lead meetings, take comprehensive notes, and manage follow-up actions.
Task and Accountability Oversight: Assign tasks and hold team members accountable, ensuring a high level of performance.
Administrative Excellence: Handle administrative tasks with precision and ensure all aspects of operations are organized.
Innovation and Improvement: Continually propose and implement improvements across all departments to foster growth and efficiency.
KPI and OKR Management: Establish and review key performance indicators and objectives to measure success and areas for enhancement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role with demonstrable success in operational efficiency and project management.
Highly organised, analytical, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to hold team members accountable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments.
In-depth knowledge of operational software, including CRM systems and productivity tools.
