Rank N Bank, a growing Amazon advertising agency, seeks a Director of Operations to drive operational strategies aligned with the company’s vision. This role involves implementing the Traction System for goal alignment and accountability, refining company policies, managing finances and HR, and providing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
Duties & Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with CEO and department heads to execute operational strategies in line with company vision.
– Implement the Traction System for goal alignment and accountability.
– Enhance and enforce company policies to maintain organizational structure and culture.
– Uphold company core values and foster a positive culture through hiring practices and team-building.
– Manage finance operations including client payments, tracking, and meeting revenue targets.
– Oversee HR functions such as hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
– Propose and implement new initiatives aligned with company objectives.
– Develop systematic processes to enhance marketing efforts and content quality.
– Conduct one-on-one check-ins and manage performance reviews.
– Analyze operational data to optimize processes and inform strategic decisions.
– Establish standardized reporting systems and present key insights to senior management.
Requirements / Expectations:
– You have 5 years of Operations Management experience.
– You plan to commit to this role full-time once hired.
– You are not working with other companies. You’re expected to make this your main priority for work.
– Your preferred monthly rate is between 70k and 90k PHP ($8-10 per hour).
