KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
– Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement measures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
– Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
– Budget Management: Manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure adherence to financial targets and profitability goals.
– Quality Control: Establish and maintain quality standards of services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and clients expectations.
– Risk Management: Identify operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity and resilience.
– Reporting and Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze operational data, and prepare regular reports for decision-making.
– Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to ensure alignment of operational activities with overall business objectives.
– Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations team, implementing best practices and leveraging technology solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
– Proficiency in operations and project management software and tool like Asana, Trello, , Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suit.
– Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
– Night Shift Availability: Willingness to work night shifts as needed to accommodate international clients or project deadlines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
– Certifications for Operations Management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) or related field.
– Minimum of 3 years in operations management or a related field.
– Strong leadership and people management skills
