Operations Manager

The Soar to Excellence Coaching team is looking for an experienced, outgoing, and VERY organized Operations Manager. This position will begin as a part-time position with potential to quickly move to a full-time role. We are seeking team members who can grow with our company over time and understand the dynamics of remote work.

Are you a highly driven, detailed-oriented and versatile candidate who can work with a dynamic brand and serve high level clientele? On a daily basis, our Operations Manager will work with Virtual Assistants, Graphic Designers, Tech Team and Marketing, however he/she will need a strategy mind-set to help streamline workflows and process improvement as the brand rapidly grows.

The ideal candidate is familiar with the following:

-Client Relations (email communications, follow-up calls, Zoom, sales and on-boarding assistance)
-White glove support
– Experience with reporting to a Senior/Executive level team
-Project Management skill-set (status checks, assigning tasks, meeting deadlines)
-Ability to multitask and be accountable for Key Performance Indicators
-Solution-driven and understands the importance of deadlines and appropriate response time
– Scheduling and calendar management
-File Management
– Familiar with using CRM tools and email marketing platforms (Active Campaign preferred)
– General Administration
– Invoicing
– DAM- Digital Asset Management
– Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures
– Sending proposals
– Quick to learn new platforms and technology
– Team Collaboration
– Events (Live and Virtual)

It would also be great if you have;

~ Experience managing digital membership platforms
~ Social media expertise, including scheduling posts and adding video captions
~ Virtual and in-person event planning including arranging travel itineraries, and logistics.
~ Expertise in any of the following Click to view, Podcast Management, Asana, and/or WordPress
