I am the president of a successful american real estate investment company. Our company is essentially a marketing and sales company, where we flip or keep properties across the United States.
We are a team of 8 looking for a full time operations manager who can help supervise and report to me about our marketing team’s productivity. You will be responsible for tracking KPIs for the entire team. We need more accountability, and clarity on how we are doing on a day-to-day basis. Attention to detail is very important to this position. You must be the type of person who likes analyzing data, creating charts, bar graphs, etc.

Qualifications & Requirements:
1. You must have a minimum of 5 or more years of management experience.
2. You must be comfortable and excited to create reports, and help track KPIs on a daily basis.
3. You must be able to follow through on tasks.
4. You must be able to communicate effectively.
5. You must be able to fulfill admin tasks as they arise.
6. You must be a great listener. You must be able to follow directions, and be reliable.
7. You must have reliable internet, and a headset
8. You must have a MASTERY of excel, spreadsheets, etc..
9. You must be coachable

During the probationary period we expect that you are on time, communicate if you will be late or if there is an emergency.

Compensation:
Full time position. 1 hour lunch break. 10 minute breaks.
Weekends off.
Holidays off. Birthday off.
Training is unpaid (On average 3-5 days)
$4-5/hr. 40 hours a week. Weekly pay thru Wise
Possibility of bonuses for increases in productivity, and results.
