Role Overview:
As the Operations Manager at Social Seed, you will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of our remote team. Your responsibilities will include ensuring operational efficiency, quality control, and alignment with our company culture and goals. This position is key to maintaining the smooth functioning of our agency and fostering a positive, productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage team activities, ensuring effective collaboration.
Develop and optimize operational processes and SOPs.
Foster company culture and employee engagement.
Monitor performance and implement improvement strategies.
Manage resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Ensure high-quality standards in all deliverables.
Maintain strong client relations and communication.
Conduct training and development programs for team members.
Manage risks and implement contingency plans.
Drive innovation and support the company’s growth.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a remote or digital marketing environment.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Proficiency in digital communication tools and project management software.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Technical and Language Requirements:
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Working computer with up-to-date software.
High-quality webcam and audio equipment for virtual communication.
Familiarity with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Discord, Gsuite, ai understanding).

Working Time Zone:
Eastern Time (EST) – 12 hours ahead of PHP
Part time position – Up to 25 h / per week.
Starting hourly rate up to $7 USD per hour
Working Shift Scheduling:
[PHP Evening] US Morning: 9AM -12PM EST
[PHP Graveyard] US Afternoon: 12PM – 5PM EST
[PHP Day Shift] US Evening: 5PM – 7PM EST
