Job Description

Location: Flexible / From Home

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all operational aspects of a busy training company
• Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth, establishing policies that promote company culture and vision.
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
• Manage relationships with partners/vendors.
• Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics.
• Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance.
• Oversee our database in Keap and create new Keap funnels and business automation.
• Lead by example in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
• Familiarity with business and financial principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and fluent in English.
• Leadership ability with a mindset for mentorship and team development.
• Outstanding organisational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
• Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics.
• Demonstrated proficiency in IT and systems management, with a keen interest in leveraging technology to improve business processes. This includes a specific emphasis on system/AI capabilities and a profound understanding of Keap, illustrating experience with improving systems and automation in businesses.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage crises, and maintain flexibility in working arrangements, including the capacity to work from home.

Desirable:

• Experience in a technical role with operational oversight.
• Knowledge and experience in implementing and managing AI technologies and systems.
• Capacity to foster a collaborative working environment amongst a technology-savvy team.
• A passionate learner who loves discovering new technology, embraces AI, and can self-manage effectively.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong affinity for technology, particularly AI and systems automation, exemplified by in-depth knowledge of Keap. They must be adept at working under pressure, demonstrate flexibility in their working style, and have a strong propensity for learning and embracing new technologies. Being self-managed and adaptable to remote work environments are crucial traits for this role.
