Job Title: Virtual Operations Manager – HomeVestors – PropertyWise, LLC

Location: Remote (Flexible, CST time zone preferred)

Company Overview:
HomeVestors – PropertyWise, LLC is a highly regarded full-service real estate investment firm and a HomeVestors “We Buy Ugly Houses” franchise company. Our operations span various locations, and we specialize in purchasing distressed properties, renovating them, and facilitating sales or leasing. We are currently seeking a Virtual Operations Manager to join our team and streamline our virtual operations for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Description:
As the Virtual Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing the systems and processes that drive our virtual operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Developing efficient and effective systems and processes for our virtual operations.
Acting as the virtual Chief Financial Officer (CFO), overseeing financial systems, ensuring adherence to financial controls, and working closely with the virtual bookkeeper.
Managing and supporting the virtual bookkeeper to ensure compliance with financial protocols.
Overseeing the day-to-day virtual operations, ensuring the implementation and adherence to established processes.
Serving as the transaction coordinator for real estate purchases and sales, liaising with attorneys and closing officers to facilitate smooth closing processes.
Assisting the CEO in conducting productive company staff meetings on a weekly and daily basis.
Training, coaching, and managing new virtual assistants (VA) as the team expands.
Coordinating and managing new loans and refinancing processes with various banks and lenders.
Collaborating directly with the CEO to manage the back office and virtual operations, aligning them with the company’s vision.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Office Suite, and Asana.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to develop effective business administrative systems and processes.
Strong leadership abilities, capable of managing and mentoring virtual assistants.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Problem-solving mindset with a disciplined and influential approach.
Trustworthy, loyal, and dedicated to upholding the company’s values.
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and follow-through abilities.

Work Hours:
The preferred work hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, with some flexibility as needed.
In this role, you will serve as the Virtual Operations Manager responsible for building and managing systems for our financial and day-to-day real estate operations. You will oversee other virtual assistants to ensure optimal company outcomes and lead meetings with the CEO, offering suggestions for operational improvements. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in onboarding, training, and managing other virtual assistants to achieve optimal performance while upholding company values.
